To the Moon

Rated 5.00/5 based on 1 reviews
Take a walk through the countryside and it won't take long to hear the rustles of trolls behind you or see the flicker of fairies out of the corner of your eye. There are still wild places left where you can taste the magic in the air. This collection of stories and poems is inspired by the author's childhood in the woodlands of the Ozarks. More

About Shannah Arner

I am a student at the University of Missouri pursuing my B.A. in English with an emphasis in creative writing as well as a Theatre Minor. I've loved reading and writing since before I knew either. I remember begging my parents for Hooked on Phonics before I was old enough to go to school and stringing random strands of letters together and asking if they were words.

I have a pet parakeet named Sky and a lovely boyfriend who I've been with nearly three years. My dream job is to live off my writing, but my "practical" dream job is to work in publishing, perhaps as an editor.

When I'm not reading or writing, I enjoy hiking, crocheting, and painting water colors.

Quite the unique selection of poems & short stories.
The moon
Canadian geese
Little Robin my favorite
No 2 poems or short stories are alike. You have to read each & everyone individually. Fairly easy to follow the poems or story content. Not sure some of them made a whole lot of sense to me. That said I will rate this entire short story (book) with 5 stars.
Thank you for the free short story (book)
