Stacey Turner (52, d/f) was at the Trade Winds Resort & Spa slamming down frozen Rum Runners. Something was creeping towards her on the beach a Florida stone crab.
Claystone County Deputy Sheriff Jake Santo was doing some investigation in/at Middleburrow, FL. Lester Truemont had a variety of exotic animals (ostrich, llamas) that ended up on the tables of some of the restaurants.
Cool book cover, great font & writing style. A fairly well written quirky, strange, weird, short story (book). It wasn’t always easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & but there was never a dull moment. Quite a lot of twists/turns. No grammar errors, repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of interesting scenarios & a great host of characters. Not sure I got the entire story content. It was like a different story at the ending. That said I will have to rate it at 4/5 stars.
Thank you for the free short story (book)
