Review by: Shade OfRoses on April 4, 2014 :
Qebera is a reluctant hero who isn't a chosen one or a great warrior, he is just a man. Loy paints a canvas of realism in this fantasy setting. You won't find a unicorn riding dude with a magic sword. You'll feel the sweltering heat, and realize that water is more precious than gold by the end. If you appreciate a hero who is challenged by issues greater than his own problems and who uses his brain, you're going to love Blood & Water.
