The Primal Meditation Method: How To Meditate When Sitting Still Is Infuriating

This intentionally short guide will teach you the Primal Meditation Method: a meditation specifically designed for people who find sitting quietly infuriating. It's based on the way the first human tribes meditated, what they did to relieve trauma, and the evidence-based psychology of mindfulness.
It will allow you to meditate deeply even if you struggled with meditation in the past. More

About Matt Pepliński

Matt Pepliński has known psychic pain in his life—and, through it, discovered psychic self-rescue. He suffered sexual dysfunction while trying to cure his masturbation addiction, gained 100 pounds as a side effect of harmful psychiatric medications, and suffered psychosis while trying to heal through traditional meditation. He spent the next 10 years reading more than 300 self-help books, searching for answers. Although he lost the excess weight, recovered from his psychotic episode, and beat his sexual addiction without psychiatric drugs, he found himself frustrated with the pseudoscience and hype that permeate the self-help field. Matt has since made it his life’s mission to create practical, evidence-based techniques for people who are ready to take responsibility for their own recovery.

He also likes to write fiction as Matt Neputin at night.
