Johanna sees the past when she touches anything made of wood. A basket made of twigs tells her that an attack on the port city of Saardam is imminent. Reviews of Innocence Lost by Patty Jansen

Cathy Geha reviewed on April 20, 2014

Patty Jansen has written another wonderful story that is filled with magic. Her heroine is strong and courageous and faced with a lot to deal with in a country that comes under attack. I am eager to find out what happens to Johanna, the merchant’s daughter who can read willow wood, and how good will eventually triumph over evil – at least I hope it will!
