Put Down This Drink

Rated 5.00/5 based on 2 reviews
Tonight, I don't think
That I could put down my drink
And have to go back to that
Lonely, lonesome home
Where it all leaves me all alone
And there's no one there to hear me say
That I wish with all my might
That each and every night
You'd at least, in a dream, come my way

Why should you ever have to put down your drink? Finish it, and then have another. :P

Cool book cover, great font & writing style. A very well written one’s personal struggle with drinking in a short poem (book). It was very easy to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. No grammar errors, repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios. A very easy rating of 5 stars for this short story (book).
Thank you for the free short story (book)
