Author, Broker and Unconventional Realtor John E. Foster grew up in the small town of Morganton, Georgia, population 299. In 1978 he opened a one-man real estate office. From then until now, he has quietly become the local expert for anything real estate related in Fannin County. He is currently celebrating his 40 year anniversary as a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser in Georgia and Tennessee.
