About Karina Halle

From a rock music journalist to a New York Times & USA Today bestselling author for The Pact, Where Sea Meets Sky, The Artists Trilogy series, and over 20 other books, Karina Halle has seen a lot of the world. Luckily, all the years of dabbling in different careers and traversing the globe has given her the perfect background for her stories. Whether it's writing horror romance, romantic suspense or contemporary romance, Karina manages to combine very real people and relationships with very edgy circumstances. When she's not writing about flawed characters or chilling situations, you can find her on Salt Spring Island, BC, drinking wine in her 1920's farmhouse with her husband and their adopted pitbull.

Love, in English is the love story of a lifetime - making you forget about the universe you live in and create a new one with these amazing characters - trust me you'll fall in love with them (one in particular). Don't be worried about the taboo in the book (I was but after reading it I have no clue about what I worrying about) it makes the love and after effects more real - allowing you a better experience with the book. Not only did I spend more time having study breaks so I could read it than studying but it made me want to fly out to Spain and experience all of this myself. Karina Halle has made a heart stopping love story that takes you away from your reality and puts you into the characters stories. I loved every second of it and I'm recommending it to everyone - read it you won't regret any second of it I promise.

Loved it!
Vera is represented so well as the adventurous young women with a conscience. Mateo is worldly but determined.
Falling in love with Spain and the Spanish ways of life and Vera's new found love has a massive impact on how she will be able to live and love from now on!
A moving story that told it as it was!
