ABOUT MARIE FROHLICH
HEALTH COACHING: Marie Frohlich is a certified Health Coach and Herbalist and has been working in areas of health and wellness for the last 20 years. Her byline is Co-Creating Health from the Heart. In addition to her individual coaching practice, she acts as Vitality Champion for The Coaching Center of Vermont providing employee wellness presentations to organizations throughout Vermont.
Marie is passionate about her work and loves integrating her herbal knowledge in food as medicine demos as part of her workshops sharing tastes and the benefits of each ingredient. Knowledge is power and changes our choices. One of my favorite herb recipes to share is a Nettle Tonic and it’s amazing fast acting benefits- a ubiquitous weed (herb to us!) found all over Vermont.
Marie also manages a holistic practice working with individuals who are committed to making a radical shift in their lives and diets. Specifically, Marie likes to focus on supporting individuals who are struggling with stress and worklife/familylife balance. The foundation of her training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) is based in the theory that food is often a secondary nourishment in our lives and everything else that “feeds” us is primary. Her three and six month programs focus on adding in new foods, ideas, and resources to help one’s not-so-good-for-you habits drop off and stay out of their lives. Having a personal health coach can help us deconstruct our cravings, build doable resources in our pantries, stay connected to self-care and feel more joy in our lives because we are paying more attention to our needs.
Combining knowledge of herbal care through Rosemary’s course and the wealth of health coaching resources is an ideal pursuit. If you are interested in becoming a health coach with IIN, feel free to email me to set up a time to answer your questions and put you in touch with a free sample class. So many folks in our communities need our support in our 21st century challenging times.
