Over the years raising a large family, 4 boys and 1 girl I realized I had to take drastic measures to make sure they remained healthy. So I decided that healthy meals were basically the way to go. I started spending a lot of time in the kitchen creating interesting and healthy meals. I then noticed that not only did my family start complimenting me but my grocery bill started going down. Then I started to learn how to spend less time in the kitchen still creating the same meals with natural ingredient, having more time for myself and loving it.
I wanted to share some of my secrets with you and hope that you will enjoy my delicious recipes and have as much joy as I have had over the years watching my family and friends dig in.

I bought this cook book in hard cover over a year ago and I have loved it. I was glad to finally find it on-line because I have wanted to let Rose know just how much I have loved this cook book. My husband and son can't get enough of the Fruit Squares, my husband actually will go and pick up the fruit cocktail and cocoanut and give it to me when he wants me to make it. I get yelled at by my friends if I make the Jamaican Fruit Cake and don't tell them (even though it is not cheap to make, I make it at other times than Xmas). That is the most amazing fruit cake anywhere. I serve that to people who hate fruit cake and they can't have enough. (And you should try it lightly fried in butter then flambe it with sherry and topped with creme fresh, it's unbelievable!) The Jamaican recipes are easy to make and delicious too, especially the curries and that Rice and Peas. The last thing is the Roasted Turkey, after you try it you won't go back to cooking turkey any other way. You will really love this cook book, I do. I'm looking forward to trying the new recipes that I heard where in the Ebook.
