I was particularly moved by the description of Tara's grief on learning of her sister's death. The writer has beautifully illustrated the intense emotions felt on hearing such bad news. I also enjoyed the subsequent trip to Italy and the way it shows how Tara is coming to terms with this tragedy in her life.

Looking for Bianca is an emotional journey of sisterly love and friendship, and the struggle to deal with the heavy emptiness of grief after loss.

A very well written story about a woman who has lost her sister, and the healing process. I loved the garden setting and your characters journey.

I loved this! I could immediately connect with the character's intensity of emotion with ease. So much feeling is conveyed in so few words - very clever. And I love the turn of descriptive phrase. I hope Alexandra continues to pursue her rediscovered love of writing and look forward to reading more of her work.
