There is so much to like about this book. The writing is well done, the advice is top notch, and the formatting is great. I've always had problems speaking publicly, but this book as really opened my eyes to the root causes of my anxiety. Self-devaluation and lack of audience rapport, among other things. This is a very detailed book, but more like a manual on how to become the best speaker you can be. After just a couple of chapters in I was saying, "wow, that makes so much sense, duh!" It's a really great read if you want to improve your speaking and presence. Can't recommend this book enough.
