About James Duermeyer

James Duermeyer is the author of six books. James began writing after retiring from a career in private industry and government service. In addition, James is a retired U.S. Navy Commander and served on active duty during the Vietnam War. He holds a B.A. and an M.A. in U.S. history. He has won awards for three of his books, Flint Bluff, Trail of the Outlaw, and Singing Creek. Reviews of his books have been excellent.
