I recently read Watching You Sleep by Kate N. Ryan. I really enjoyed reading it. It’s not the kind of book I usually read (I’m more of a Supernatural Romance reader), but I did like this book. The characters were likeable and some scenes had me squealing in surprise, delight, and even shock. Once I started reading, I didn’t want to stop. I read with great interest all the way to the end and wanted more.
Even though I did enjoy this book, I do have some constructive criticism. 1. I wish that the book had been edited more. I found various typos that distracted me a bit from the storyline. 2. I wish that the book were longer and that more that been added to some scenes.

This book was amazing and it kept me laughing. I can not wait to read other books by this author. The ending is not what I expected but I tell you what the author did an amazing job keeping you interested and wanting to keep reading no matter what you had to do. 7 thumbs up even though I only have two

I really enjoyed this book and was sorry to see it end. Even though I had no idea what "steampunk" was and am not into comic books, I loved Abby and Jasper. Not only was the storyline fun and interesting, but the writing was very well done. Thanks Kate N. Ryan for a great read and I hope to see more from you.

Talk about bringing my inner nerd out. I loved this story! I was one of those girls that loved comics and actually still do...so it was so AWESOME that this story revolved around a comic book store owner,Abby. I connected with her right off the get go. She was so fun, smart, and strong willed. I honestly don't know if I could handle things the way she had. I mean really to find a hunk a sleep on the floor??? Hmmm...
As for Jasper...what's not to like...I mean if you're closed minded I guess there's a bunch...but I'm not soooo...Jasper is this hot writer that has some flaws but he is caring, thoughtful, emotional, and is into Abby.
The story itself is so much fun....I mean the resturant scene alone is worth reading over again...too funny!!!! Oh and the robber's house OMG!! I laughed so hard!!I must say though there were times I would have loved to have punched Paul out and told Abby's sister where she could put some things, but over all this story was a BLAST!!!!

This was a cute romance story between a comic book store owner and a writer. Throw in her insomnia and his narcolepsy it makes for an interesting match! I'd like to see more romance stories like this with disabled people as it very nicely told how they learned about each other's "disability" and how they dealt with it. I was a nurse's aide and had never dealt with narcolepsy so learned something new. It was a fun book to read.

This is a great, light, romance. It has moments of humor and moments that will bring a smile to your face. The lead character, Abby, owns a comic books store and is calmly going about her daily life until Jasper, a narcoleptic writer falls asleep in her store. Jasper's various health problems set up numerous humorous situations.

The author also frequently brought in ebooks and nook references - loved it!

This is a very light story - perfect for when you want a fun, quick read. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will be reading more by this author.
