Upon opening this edifying book I unconsciously plunged into an arena where facts and fictions are being examined. Unquestionably, this eloquent author had done justice to this book. The skillful elaboration on the reasons and effects of aging is nicely done. After completing the first chapter and learning so much from this illuminating book, I couldn’t put it down as the pages turn themselves. Certainly this informative book is already proving to be very useful and practical.
