A beginner's guide to Paleo smoothies with more than 80 different recipes. All of the combinations have easy to follow instructions and a few of the recipes are original (I haven't seen them in other smoothie ebooks). Most of the recipes are sweet, but the author has included a few savory smoothies as well. Good for anyone wanting to eat a bit healthier. Also a good start for convincing kids to eat more fruits and veggies.
