About Charles Brett

Charles Brett is a consultant and technology analyst. Born in Belfast and educated in England he has a degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford. He is married to a Spaniard and spent five years in Tel Aviv. He has also lived in Italy, Abu Dhabi, South Africa and California, besides many years in the UK.
