About GlennAndSasha Gabriel

Update Notice: July 14, 2016.

Hello everyone, and thank you for visiting our Authors Page.

Sasha and I apologize for the delay of book four of our Amanda Ackers series. We have both had some health issues, so, my writing is on hold for a while.

We are very thankful to you all, for supporting our work, which we do for the enjoyment as new authors.

Our thanks also, to the many of you who have emailed us with kind comments on our stories and the first three books of our novel series, and those who have requested receiving a pre-release version. We had never thought of doing a pre-release, but thought it was a great idea! It gave many a chance to read book two and three of Amanda’s adventures, before we actually published it. Thanks to all of you!

We are most humbled by the response we have received, and thank you from the top, middle and bottom of our hearts!

If anyone would like to correspond with us, please shoot us an email when you get the chance, we would love to hear from you.

Hello and thank you for visiting our page.

My name is Sasha Gabriel, and I would like to take a few moments to say a little about Glenn and myself.

They say that creativity belongs to the young. Well, not always. Young at heart, I’ll buy, but nothing else.

Writing is relatively new for me. I’ve been an avid reader for most of my 60+ years. But writing seemed daunting. How do you write an idea to get over to other people without boring them to death? How do you write conversations that sound like the people who are speaking them?

Once I studied the “how to’s” a bit, and with the encouragement from Glenn, my wonderful husband and best friend, I started writing.

And I love it. So does Glenn.

Writing has opened a door for me that nothing else has – my imagination has soared and I’m absolutely thrilled and thankful, from the bottom of my heart, that others like my writing, as well.

Both Glenn and I have written and published very, very short stories (no more than 600 word stories) because these were also entered into a writing contest with that directive.

At the same time, both Glenn and I are writing novels (Glenn’s is awesome!!!! Think the depth of Lord of the Rings with the immediacy of Harry Potter and you’ve got it!).

But I want to share something with you all… Glenn has battled Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Dysgraphia almost his entire life. That’s a mouthful, for sure, but try living with them on a daily basis!

Even so, Glenn has worked to overcome the more serious side effects and his talent in writing, painting, and all over creativity is nothing short of staggering.

Honestly… I’m running to keep up with him but I’m mostly just out of breath!

So… the bottom line is… we’re all just human with all our challenges and it’s those challenges that make what we create that much better.

Please… If you like to read… then write. For writing, get to your keyboard and begin. If you don’t know how start, or where to find ideas for a story or chapter, please contact Glenn. He has helped over 30 people to date get started, and published, and does it for FREE.

We think you’ll surprise yourself at your talents if you just give writing a try.
And, again… Thank You all for your kind and generous words of appreciation for our stories!

It means the world to us!

Glenn here.

Just wanted to add that we never thought anyone would even read our work, let alone have downloaded our little stories now over 300,000 times.

Because of the kind words from you all, I will continue to write. I have, as Sasha had mentioned, been writing the Amanda Ackers novel series, with Sasha contributing several chapters to each book. I now have 21 other novels started.

I had only begun writing the novel for fun, for our grandson Logan. I was not going to publish it, just print it out to give to him. However, with all the encouragement I have received via email, from those reading our little short stories, I have decided to publish the Amanda Ackers series for FREE here on The series is also in print on and, but of course, being in print, I have to charge for them.
My many thanks to all of you, for your continued support.

Please feel free to contact Sasha and I at the following email address. We would love to hear from you, even to just say hi:

There are bad books and good books, then, there are these books, which are extraordinarily outstanding! My entire family has read the first two book over and over, and now, this book 3 has become our favorite. We loved the Grass People, Qumong and the adventures there with the hydra and bringers of doom, and all the other chapters. The ending was most unexpected, I just sat and stared at those final four words as my eyes went wide. They better get book four out quickly, I don’t think I could stand much of a wait.

OMG! And I thought the first two books were outstanding! I love their writing. Lots of action that pulls you into the story and you can’t stop reading. The hours fly by before you know it. Love this series.

All I can say is that this is the best series I and my family has ever read. Period! I loved the first two books, but this third one blew me away. I was not expecting that kind of ending to this book. Can’t wait to see how book four begins.

I am pleased with your creativity and imagination in this one -Book 3.  I'm enjoying how each member of the group is actively participating and using their particular skill or strength and also how each adventure throws up a different scenario with different creatures or beings. The action just keeps coming at you.
The new spells are fantastic and prevent any chance of monotany of repetition spoiling the story. You certainly have one ripper of a book here.
Looking forward to the next installment - Book 4.

Oh, my, god! I loved this book. Got it early in the morning when it was released, read it all day and most of the night. I could not put it down! These books have become my favorite series of all time. I love the characters and feel they are real. They do get into some interesting situations, and the imagination of the authors is mind-blowing. Keep the story going, and never end it :) I can’t wait to read this book to my four kids, if my husband will ever give the book back to me that is.

Been waiting for book three for around a year now. The wait was way more than worth it! I love all the action in their books, and book three did not let me down. The end was a real shocker. Now, like others, I can’t wait for the fourth installment. Terrific story!

OMG! I love this new book!!! Lots of action like the first two, but Amanda is starting to use the necklace more, and seems to be turning more evil. The ending took me by surprise and now I can’t wait for book four. I’m stunned! My husband and I have read the books to our kids numerous times, and all four of them love the story more than the Harry Potter books, and they loved them too. The authors were kind enough to send us an advanced copy after we wrote to them. Great people and great writers.

Like others, I had written the authors once finishing the first two books, and asked to be put on a list the authors had to receive a prerelease of book three.

I didn’t expect them to write back, but they did the same day. What nice people!

I love the Amanda Ackers story and was thrilled when I received book 3 two weeks prior to it’s being published. As usual, I was not disappointed, and found myself once again immersed into story along with the characters.

Their series is a page turner, and I’m always amazed at the trouble they get into. Usually Thian getting them in trouble, but they sure do have some great adventures. Love, love, love the series!

Best series I’ve ever read, and I read a couple novels per month. I loved the Harry Potter series, Lord of the Rings, and many others, but there is just something about Amanda and her friends that pulls me into the story, as though I were a part of it. Outstanding series.

And I thought the first two books were outstanding, but the ending of this third book blew me away. Now, like everyone else, I can’t wait for book four. I loved many parts of the book, including the Grass People, Qumong and the Hydra, the little bird Sasai, the floating witch and many others. Such great imagination. From the ending of this book, the next one should be very interesting.

WOW! I thought the first two books were great, but the series just gets better and better. Book three starts right of with action, which I’ve come to expect from these authors. I love a story where I can get lost in the story, leaving my dull ordinary life behind for a time, to join the adventures.

My wife and I have now read the first two books to our kids three times, and Amanda and her friends have become real to us. That hasn’t happened much before. Can’t wait to read book three first, then to our kids. We were on a list to receive a pre-release copy, and we look forward to book four.
