Thanks for all those who review, it is wonderful to hear from you and given your honest opinions really clarify how you feel about my books, and it is extremely appreciated.
The new news is I am doing audios now, so starting with the children's books and short stories you will soon be able to find them on your favorite audio sites. Look for them. Look for them very soon. Audible.com
If it's children's books you are interested in, try the Willy Series or Doggie Heroes. I just finished Tanker, the Defender. All my children's books and stories are at Audible and you won't believe how it brings them to life. Anna Caudle does the Willy Series and her voices are to die for, you can picture all the farm animals by her voice. Then Laura Stansell does the entire Tina Series, and it makes a big difference because suddenly the kids are somebody and you can hear the excitement in their voices. Halloween Witness is a killer, you will love this one. The Far Side Of Lonesome is so memorable. And wait until you hear the Western Serial Killer book, Good Day for a Hanging, an entire book done by Todd Waites. So much talent on Audible.com
I change my covers off an on. If there is an old cover you prefer let me know by writing me at email@example.com. I did go back to one of my earlier versions of Runaway Bride, it just seemed to fit better. Revamped Pretend Mom and Strictly Business. Nick's Baby got a new face too. But my bride series and most all my covers are done by Sheri L McGathy. She is great. She has done my Brides of the West and Red River Valley Bride Series. She has a lot of pre-mades on her site, so check her out. Her new site is located at coverdesign.sherimcgathy.com
Just finished A Promised Heart. This is Book 4 of the Dream Catcher Series, and quite sensual, adults only. Only one more book to finish in Red River Valley Brides, Maggie's Dreams, but it will be a while before that one comes out. Right now I'm working on Where Ever My Heart Roams, and In the Arms of an Angel. Also I have a historical series I'm working on, just finished, Forever in Love, so that is out on the market now. Hope you enjoy those too. Heart of a Lady and Heart of a Family are now free books. Take advantage of that. You can now get the second box set for Brides of the West series, books 5-8.
Speaking of covers, I revamped a couple more. Along Came Love is now updated, hope you like it, let me know and Wandering Heart.. A long time ago, I wanted really romantic covers, couples kissing or looking into each other's eyes. But I realize that the way I write one needs to know if it is sensual and hot, or sweet and sassy. So I'm trying to make that very clear by the covers. Although some you need to read the blurb to see. A Promised Heart has a hot Indian on it, and he's not wearing leggings girls. It is a sensual story, but the blurb hints that anyway. Wandering Heart, Nick's Baby, Sweeter Than Wine, Suspicions of the Heart and Strictly Business are rather sensual books the heat level turns up in these, also Beyond the Dream Catcher, Just One KIss and Love Rules. Always Remember is a book that has some very steamy stuff. But you won't find bad language or crude body parts in them. To me that turns me off of a love scene by being crude. My characters are not crude. It's very simple, some make love and some don't. Some leave it to the imagination.
If you want them in print, look no further than Createspace.com. All my books are in print. Over at CreateSpace you will find that I've put all the mid-grade short stories into one collection, and the adult short stories into another, look for Thinking Time, and Romancing the Short Stories. Also, the Tina series is now available in print in one volume at Create Space, and Lauren Stansell does a bang up job on the audio for the Tina Series which she just finished up for me. Hope you will hop on over there to Audible.com and check it out. Anna Caudle does the Willy Seires, all of the seven books. She's fantastic and your little ones will love her voices. If it's a print book you are looking for, you'll find all my books in print Create Space and they are worth looking at as Sheri does a real bang up job of my prints..She also just finished doing remakes of my Good Day For a Hanging, and Bad Day for a Killing, now they look like the dark, thriller horror westerns that they are. Love those covers.
I haven't written many contemporaries lately, but Avalanche of the Heart released a while back finished the Travers Brothers Series. A new Contemporary series, "the Connor's" is coming your way with Cinderella Nanny Book one of the Connor's.
Also a new cowboy contemporary series "Cowboy Lovin'. ". This will be sometime in the future.
I'm also playing with a sequel to Nick's Baby, it's Jackson's story, this was requested by more than one reader so it is in progress too.
All in all. I've got about twenty books I am working on. So stay tuned, because I am writing full time and working like a bee to get them out to you. I've set a goal of a book a month, and so far it is working pretty well. Since I'm retired now, I have more time to devote to my writing. I'm always in the process of learning too, and doing research for my books.
For a different kind of read I suggest my Western Serial Killer Series. I have three of them out now. These are not romances, they are definitely thrillers. Quite graphic. I guess you could call this the dark side.
I'm working on a short novella, Cowboy Angels that should be out now, but I can't seem to wrap it up yet. . Hopefully. For some reason I can get around to finishing that one.
In my romances, you will find many different circumstances. This is because we all fall in love differently and I'm trying to cover all the ways. From boy and girl next door, to instant attraction. I've always been a romantic so I spend a lot of time thinking along the lines of "how did you fall in love". There are so many stories this way. I hope you like some of them.
Look around, I've got short stories for adults, and children. I've got historical western romance, I've got contemporary romances. All of them different in some way. Doing many genres is fun and keeps a writers mind fresh I think.
I work on more than one book at a time. How do I keep them straight? Well, as I write I re-read the beginning of the manuscript. This way I can add things I might think of to the story to flesh it out. I also try to catch a lot of errors along the way.I admit I'm not perfect, but I do strive to get better and better.
Browse the series books too, you'll get that warm and cozy feeling with the Travers Brothers Series, and discover The Amory's a bunch of rugged men from the north country. There's something for everyone here, including the kids. I hope you stay long enough to sample some, and by all means if you feel like it and you read one of my books or stories, write a review about it. I love hearing from my readers. There's a lot of books in the making these days. So stay tuned.
One other thing I'd like to mention, my books sell at ITUNES, Amazon, Smashwords.com, Kobo Books, and Barnes and Noble, and a few other places. The print books can be bought at Createspace, any time you buy at Createspace, you are helping the author a great deal.
Look for sales off and on, dropping prices on certain books and especially the big sales at Smashwords every year. Books are so much cheaper on sale. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you find something of interest. Have a wonderful day!
