As someone who has suffered from Type II Diabetes for years I had decided that I no longer wanted to be sick and that something had to change in my life so that I could cure my own type II diabetes. Traveling to several places or changing various medicines was not helpful at all. I used to feel better with every new treatment but, my sugar levels were again high every while and then. Doctors were only making additions in my prescriptions and my situation was completely out of my hands. I was getting furious with every passing day of my life, my business were unstable because of my poor health condition I was having issues with simple chores of my life. I was desperate to get back to the normal life and I was ready to do anything to get that. I finally realized that I am the one who can do something for my type two diabetes and started finding various ways.
The thing that I found that cured me was learning how to exercise and have a good time while exercising and choosing the right foods to eat.
Would I say that all of these changes were easy? Yes and No. There were changes that I had to make that were quite difficult and exercising was one of them. To maintain normal sugar levels burning calories was the very first step and for I used to spend a lot of time in gym which was very exhausting and tiring for me. At this age it was not possible to burn calories on treadmill and other exercises were also not helping much. I searched various forms of exercises and dancing was one of them. I was not quite a dancer but I wanted to maintain healthy body weight and wanted to keep myself active all the time. I started learning dancing through various dance videos and also asked suggestions from my gym trainer. He was quiet sure that that dance is good alternative of other exercises and I can easily burn calories through various dance forms. I was relaxed with his suggestions and it was a biggest relieve that I no longer have to sweat on hard machines in gym.
Thanks to dancing I was able to easily exercise, burn the calories necessary, and really focus on being able to become the person that I had always wanted to be both mentally and physically.
Being able to dance is something that everyone can do. It is fun, free, and a great way to be able to burn calories and improve your health. If I can do it, you can also do it and it’s far better than other exercises.
Through these changes I also found that I was able to cure my own type II diabetes and that I no longer needed medications to treat my condition. I burned calories through dance and controlled them with changes in my diet. I reduced 10-15 pound through different dance forms I learned. After losing my weight my second concern was maintaining it and I followed a healthy diet that helped me a lot.
Finally I guess you might be wondering, did my type II diabetes go completely away? The answer to this is both yes and no too. Yes I no longer have to be treated for type II diabetes, my doctor was shocked and said that I no longer have the to take prescribed medicines and my condition is improving. However there is a chance that if I do not continue to make these healthier lifestyle choices that I could become ill again.
Now choice was mine I could continue burning calories through dance and maintaining them through healthy diet or I could go back to my medications again.
