A nice assortment of clear and easy to follow Paleo recipes. There's a good intro at the beginning and lots of dishes that include eggs, chicken, and salads. A whole chapter is spent on marinades as well. The Paleo cereal is delicious and I am looking forward to trying out the trail mix and the spinach quiche recipe. There's a few more ebooks by this author if you like this one. Since this book includes quite a few breakfast recipes, try Paleo Slow Cooking for dinnertime. Recommended.
