You should read this book to get a better understanding about why things happened the way they did. And you will see why Marcus felt the way he did about his mother.

This was a very good book, but of course I have everything that Maureen Smith has ever written. Now I can't wait for the Wolf Pack series. It was nice to see how Celeste and Grant came to be and now I'm equally happen to know that Sterling Wolf and Asha Dubois got together because he deserved some romance in his life.
