About James Sterling

Lots and lots of things have changed since the photo was taken as you can imagine. Growing up, I don't think I ever have, all the same I have owned and driven most if not all of the fastest cars in the world, I have flown propeller driven aircraft and Jet aircraft, I have made a million twice in my life and lost it, that's being clever!, stay at what you do the other grass is never greener. I have been involved in politics in a not in considerable way, none of which you might think could possibly qualify me to write books, well you are right. Then again maybe you're wrong, dreams are what life is made of, the what if's will always live with you, as they live with me, I would like to say that a public/ private school didn' t give me the edge but that would not be true, I always found I had too try harder and I only tried harder because I was surrounded by clever boys, sadly at school I was never counted as being clever but my guess is the fee's were useful to keep the school running.
Life goes on, and I have to say, life went on for me, I'm practical, the clever boys went on with their heads up an inappropriate part of their anatomy, need I say more. I was a Rocker then a Mod, then flower power was vogue, and that looked good to me so as all young people I joined the march, maybe we were wrong but looking at the world as it unfolds I know we were wrong, I come from the generation that created your world. Incidentally a few sort years later I was flying a war plane, Make Love Not War!.
