About Catherine Balavage

Catherine Balavage is an actor, writer and the editor and founder of Frost magazine.

She has been both an actor and a writer for over a decade. Her first book, How To Be a Successful Actor: Becoming an Actorpreneur has received good reviews, getting four or five stars each time. It was described as the 'perfect companion piece' to Bonnie Gillespie's acting bible, Self Management For Actors. High praise indeed.

She is working on her second book, The Wedding Survival Guide, whilst also editing and running Frost Magazine, writing scripts and working on her acting career.
