"Green" projects flow from this handy resource to get you on the path in varied and cost-free ways, from cooking and gardening tips to creating useful items from old clothes. Especially fun for getting kids to think "green." Add in the pizza recipes and latitudinal ideas, and you have a winner. A quick read, it's an easy device to choose ideas that fit one's lifestyle.

I thought that I knew most of the tips for living "green" but this book has some clever new ideas that I hadn't heard before. A big plus are the activities that you can do with children. There are numerous recipes that utilize ingredients that can be grown in your garden or easily purchased at your local store or farmers market. The author did a very nice job putting this info together in one convenient spot.
