A delight Thank you Thank you Thank you
I have a group of 10 year old girls for netball training twice a week and have had no end of bother just getting them in the right head space. I came across your book on Wednesday after buying it I made a cup of coffee and read it cover to cover taking notes as I went.
To my delight that night at training I tried out some of your ideas related to cross training and explaining complicated drills. The kids loved it and the variety ensured the kids were paying attention I even had a chance to talk to some of the parents after training and have recruited 2 for scoring and one for pre-training warm ups.
I can't wait to see how we go in the game on Friday night - there is a whole new energy around the team.
Thanks again
