This review applies to each of the Fractime books that I have read (3 so far).
If you're looking for a detailed sci-fi adventure that seems to have it all, then these books are well worth reading. Dealing with time travel, parallel worlds and paradoxes in a riveting and compelling way that allows the reader to follow what is going on without getting confused has been done exceptionally well. And this alone would give it a 5 star rating.
The character development, along with setting descriptions and the way everthing interacts makes for great reading. There's plenty of action across multiple Earth's, as well as other planets and places in different time periods.
However, I can only give it 4 stars because the books do need to be edited as there are numerous spelling and grammar issues that need to be addressed. Sentences with missing or extra words and occasionally, some that you have to interpret as the actual sentences don't make sense. These errors do detract from the books and happen throughout, which is a shame because if they were corrected, then readers would get greater enjoyment from the stories.
