Review by: Bruce Reed on Feb. 18, 2012 :
Kan excellent book. Points out why our body does what it does. Teaches about am my ways we ca n allow our body to heal itself. The Safe/Unsafe box concept is easy to understand and leads us on a journey to implement the concept. Not a miracle cure, it takes time and effort, but is well worth it.
