Her childhood was spent in the deep woods of Southeast Texas, where she was able to let her imagination run as wild as the woods surrounding her. LOVE this book! I had been waiting for the sequel, and it was definitely everything I hoped for! Love the new adventure, I was so happy to visit with my old book friends, and I fell in love with the new characters. The author really made me feel like I was in the small town of Bisby. I could picture it all. Again, she captured the excitement one might feel when placed in amazing situations with extraordinary beings, and she created such suspense! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and hope for more in the future. I would recommend it to the whole family.

Ahh! I loved the first, but this one was even better! More fun, more adventure, more suspense, more everything! These would be fun to read on a camping trip or outdoors. There's a really creepy part that I read late one night and I had to keep reading just to know what happened next. I loved it, but I think this would be great for any age.
