Dominant species is definitely a teenagers novel. Fast paced, detailed information at the high-school-college level, PG RELATIONSHIPS, no sex, no inappropriate language. Nevertheless, an exciting, emotionally charged, excellent novel. My personal knowledge of parasitologist and microbiology made it a gripping novel. It was great reading, but ended too soon. I want a sequel with "what happens after?" You will not be disappointed with this book.
