Review by: Darlene McKeen on Dec. 12, 2014 :
I loved this story. It's a good old fashioned ghost story. Not the nightmare kind, but just a good old spooky ghost story. The author has a way of telling the story so you feel like you are right in the middle of it all. You can visualize the old Victorian home as well as the ghostly appearances. This was a quick read mainly because I got so excited about 3/4 of the way through that I found myself reading faster and faster to see what happens. Then, of course I was sad for it to end. So you might do yourself a favor and resist the temptation to read fast and just take your time and enjoy this lovely story.
