What sets a man down the path to becoming an evil warlock? For Igon, it starts with an injustice, and making the acquaintance of a pagan shaman called Zaharo. Set in Moorish occupied medieval Spain, this tale shows revenge need not be a dish served cold. Properly cooked, it might even smell like bacon!

This was fun to read, it reminded me of dark heavy metal, like early Sabbath. I like the idea of someone's anger being strong enough to cause a disruption on the astral plane, and the descriptions of how Zaharo works his magick are scary in their specificity.
