I loved school; I hated school. I have fond memories of being a teenager; I’m surprised I survived youth. What a dramatic and vulnerable time being a teenager is. On top of that, we’re supposed to choose a career path to follow and pretend we know what we want to spend our time doing for the rest of our lives. Phew.
This book is a really great resource for those who are going through adolescence and don’t know who they are, for those who have never really liked school but who love to learn (and why are those things separate?), and for those who are not teenagers but who still don’t know what they want to be when they “grow up.” It’s a refreshing take on education, knowledge, learning and following your passion. An inspiring read!
