Gary Nilsen was born in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York. His career as a real estate and construction executive spans thirty years, including an extended residency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was the founder and president of the Institute for Marine Archaeology, creating an outlet for a passion second only to writing.
He is the author of Flashback, a science fiction thriller that has a professor and an archaeologist traveling through time to prevent a history-altering assassination.
Gary currently lives with his family in Port Washington, NY and is currently at work on two new novels.
