Fantastic read. Very smart, subtle and nuanced. I would say this book is slipstream, not quite sci fi, not quite fantasy, sort of like Vonnegut. It's a very funny novel, but at the same time thought provoking. It questions what it is to be human, and the roll played of both memory and regret. Weighty topics, but an easy, enjoyable read.
