Maya David Garcia is a multiracial Indigenous (Nahua, Hñañú) disabled, demisexual 2 spirit agenderflux visual artist, author, experimental audio artist/songwriter. They are also a survivor of sexual abuse, MMIWG2S trafficking, and domestic violence. They have been an outspoken advocate for gender equality, 2SLGBTQIA rights, mental health, disability rights, Indigenous issues and social justice, participating every year in awareness campaigns about sexual assault.
