SHINGLES and I ain't talking roofing
A much under reported physical illness that I want to share my experience but also to encourage older folks to get the Shingles shot. It is one of the few illnesses that can be prevented with certainty. Shingles is incredibly painful and to thwart the virus is a good thing.
