I was stunned by the depth of knowledge Arwen has gathered and shared here. A brilliant resource for alternative foods and eating styles. Perfect for all of us with allergies and dietary restrictions, not to mention VERY HEALTHY. The recipes are tasty and delicious. The book is well researched, organised and easy to use. Ingredients easy to access. Thanks Arwen for a great book!!
