David Nordmark has a life long interest in health and fitness. In the past he has participated in such sports as soccer, basketball and hockey. A nice sampling of exercises collected by Mr. Nordmark. This is a collection of exercises from his three books, "The Stretching Exercise Bible," "Animal Workouts" and "Build Muscle Without Weights."

The photos make following the descriptions of each exercise easy. I will be adding some of these to my workout routine. Contains over 20 exercises, many with variations.
