This was an emotional story that left me sad for most of the whole book, until the very end. Christina and her husband Dare are not happy and haven't been for years. When she finally leaves, things start to change. I wish that Dare would have been more honest and shared growing up with Christina so that she could have been there for him. Communication is very important in marriage and any relationship takes work and commitment in order to succeed.
