I am writing to the women who have gotten pregnant unplanned, have been raped, or find themselves as teen moms—or in any other circumstances, even planned pregnancies. This book has helpful tips on parenting, maintaining your health, and dealing with issues encountered during pregnancy and parenting for the entire family. It covers the psychological aspect of what is okay to feel or not to feel during pregnancy and parenthood, the realization of loss of oneself as a person, and what to expect and deal with the first year of parenthood.
