Everything I have read by this author is exquisitely crafted to share her insights into the human condition in a language that everyone can understand. This book is no exception and is highly recommended.

Before reading "Quiet Strenght" I wouldn't have considered myself to be an introvert as just over a year ago I craved social events and was almost afraid of the feeling of being alone. However not long ago my life transformed in a way that I still struggle to find words to describe, though I think spiritual awakening would suit best. In this soul searching whirlwind I was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to read "Quiet Strenght" and I can't praise it enough for having helped me through this major shift in my life. I now rejoice and regularly seek to time to be alone and have also realised that my little girl has quiet strength too. Thank you for writing such an inspiring, encouraging, soul touching book!!

"Everything you need is already within you"

Aletheia Luna's Quiet is for everyone really. If you're ready to strip away those layers of conditioning, The limited lenses through which you see the world, and really honour the person you were made to be.

Then this book is unequivocally for written for you.

The best part? You are taken hand in hand in this process. I didn't feel alone, exploring who i really am. The good, bad, and quirky.

I'm in my second read and I will probably read it again just to make sure I absorb everything. Lots of quotable stuff. Highly recommended for those of us who have trouble loving and accepting ourselves as introverts. It offers some unique perspectives from some of the other introvert books. I especially like the chapter that gives you a list of values and has you choose which ones stand out. Knowing your values is important in gaining self love and acceptance. Don't pass this one up. I hope this helps.

I highly recommend this book...I was so absorbed in it I finished it the afternoon I started it!
Just like with Luna's other book on Old Souls, I got so much out of this book. She guides you on how to live to life a fulfilling life as an introvert through specific exercises, examples, and outlines. It is a smooth read that left me feeling more understood and accepted than I have in a long time.
There were a couple grammatical/vocabulary typos, and sometimes the outlines and reviews (instead of more focus on the material) distracted a bit from the heart of the message; but these minorities aside, this book is a gold mine. Luna's hard work and desire to help other introverts emanates from every page.
I've found that having loving guidance and a trusty resource to refer back to are helpful to just about anyone, and this book is just that and more. Thank you Aletheia Luna!
