I purchased this book being local to the Stockton area and I remembered the case. I found it a gripping and very well written read the author certainly has led a colourful life look forward to his next book highly recommend.

The Waccy Baccy Boat is surprisingly well written, which is so often not the case in this type of book about real life crime.
Very well planned, culminating in a tense court room battle with the Law and HM Customs.
Well worth a read and a good debut book.
