In November of 2014, I set a world record for most pull-ups done in 24 hours. At the time I was 54 years old. This book provides a description of the steps that I took to achieve this goal. About Mark K Jordan

Mark K. Jordan successfully completed 4321 pull-ups within 24 hours on November 3rd and 4th of 2014. He was 54 at the time. It was recognized by Guinness as an official world record about 3 months later. Mark has been a health and nutrition enthusiast throughout his life. In his 20's, he enjoyed track sprinting. In his 30's he started heavy weight lifting including 3 years of bodybuilding. In his 40's he started doing long-distance road cycling. In his 50's, he combined all of his previous activities into a cross-functional training regimen that he uses today to maintain his level of health and conditioning.

Mark's background includes almost 20 years in marketing and sales in research driven health setting. Before that, he had 8 years of training and research as a Chemist in clinical laboratory setting. He is currently active in the Wellness sector providing unending energy and enthusiasm to what he does.
