This is a great book. Matt has managed to reveal a lot of things what are being kept hidden from the public eyes... Things what has happened in the beginning of those conflicts and why things are what they are in these day. I definitely recommend this book to everyone who is interested to get more information about these conflict and what actions finally lead to situations where these countries are still in today. Matt has managed to write things in a way what we "normal" people can understand. He write plainly and baldly from the issues what most people would like to keep in the dark. -Kimmo-

I love a great story that is insightful, raw, honest and entertaining. 'Mindless Thug', by Matt Quade is as above. This author has certainly gained my attention for I am one Western citizen that sprinkles all media reporting with a tonne of salt and any opportunity gain insight/truth from one 'on the inside' as to what really happens in the world arena of 'war' is the enlightenment I was willing to hear. As the author self confesses he is not a writer so once you forgive him this and get to the guts of what he is sharing you will find this story is as the author seems to be - straight up & real.
