About Emily Pardy

Emily Pardy is a thirty-something wife, mother, and full-time graduate student earning her Masters Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. She has written for Thriving Family magazine, ParentLife magazine, Venn magazine, MOPs (Mothers of Preschoolers) and MOPs UK websites. She runs where she blogs regularly about motherhood, marriage, and other mayhem.
Raising children has taught her more about God, priorities, and her own vulnerability than anything else in life. Addicted to strong coffee and good conversation, she writes from her own experiences, unashamedly pulling back the curtain to reveal her personal thoughts and struggles for others to glean from.

When she's not writing, she loves baking bread from scratch and playing dress up with her daughters. She lives with her husband and two girls in Nashville, Tennessee where they attend The Village Chapel.
