We are trying to optimize better management of time with the objective of getting optimum Work/Quality of Life/Balance. In this vein we are proclaiming to have two main goals: (1) to maximize productivity levels, optimum performance; and
(2) at the same time to maximize R&R, Rest and Relaxation, leisure time, quality time, better quality of life, personal time;
and as a consequence: minimize stress levels, minimizing heart attacks and strokes; which gets the population to become healthier; and to have healthier less obese kids, teenagers and grownups;
This actually would implement the paradigm of the pursuit of happiness that the constitution and the early settlers wanted us to have,
As we see, that there are structural problems in the 5&&2 work-week cycle configuration, leading to hefty complications in present day work/exercise/life balance.
We are going to go over the many facets of life-obstructive problems generated just by the existence of the 5&&2 work-life cycle;
Because without recognizing the problem one cannot fix the problem, we are going to go over the many facets of problems, “life obstructive problems” generated just by the existence of the 5&&2 work-life cycle present structure; we are going to try to identify the myriad causes of the problems leading back to the structural deficiency in the 5&&2 work cycle (“Only” for the working adults; children and retired elderly do not care because they are not working; which means everybody’s adult life gets ruined without any fault of their own, but because of the burden of mistakes of judgement or logic by their ancestors).
Then we are going to go over the fact that:
0.1 -- The primary goals of the different Agile/Scrum methodologies of project management coincide with our two main goals above: The goals match,
which are: 1) Maximizing resource (both staff and equipment) efforts, 2) Minimizing waste and 3) Maintaining high quality throughout the process.
