I loved this book; it felt so real. The plot was interesting, funny, sad, beautiful, stressful... everything. The flow of the narration was wonderful and the characters were incredibly well portrayed. I wasn't expecting to love the book as much as I did; it was a delightful surprise.

Fantastic book. It's truly criminal that writers like Matt Dean get overlooked in this day and age.

Excellently written novel. Makes you think. It lets you see life through a particular family. It's neither happy nor sad (at least not to me), it just is basically life.
