Downloaded it for free, so can't beat the price! I skimmed the meditation/religion parts, as that's not my "thing." But the author is not preachy, and there were definitely some good tips to ground a person and gently nudge one's consciousness to a bigger place. I wish this book were available in paperback, so I could send a copy to my brother, who could definitely benefit from its advice. A quick, on-target self-help read that I would recommend to anyone like me who needs help managing stress.
