An absolute must have book for self healing and mindfulness. My Wife and I have been friends with Janet and Walter for many years now and and not only do I work with them on their websites, but we also share many other things in life as well like health issues and how to deal with them. I feel privileged and honored to have a mention in this must have book under the Chapter "Right Attitude Overcomes Challenges", as it relates to my own challenges after suffering many heart attacks and the challenges I had to face afterwards. You can read more about my story "4 heart attacks and counting" here
